OhMyGlutes! is a lower body targeted workout designed to BUILD THAT BOOTY! We will utilize resistance bands in many different ways for a thorough strength training session, that targets the Glutes & Thighs.
This blend of HIIT cardio, and resistance training is going to lift, round, and tone that BOOTY!

The #GETDOWNSTAYDOWN Cardio Step Class is for all fitness levels. We will be streaming every Thursday at 7:30pm EST. We will be using a step board incorporating simple movements- on, off and around the board. If you don't have access to a board, no worries! You will still be able to participate. You will experience one hour of heart pounding movements designed to target the entire body!
